DARLINGTON - Brittany L. Spurley, 22, Linden, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign, driver permitting open intoxicants in vehicle, and passing at an intersection, following a traffic stop at about 11:15 p.m. Thursday on West Mound Road, in the Town of Belmont. Richard W. Wendhausen, 36, Dodgeville, a passenger in the vehicle, was cited for possession of open intoxicants in a vehicle.

MONROE - Jeffery R. Thornby, 36, Monroe, was arrested for second offense driving while under the influence of an intoxicant just before midnight Thursday in the 800 block of 4th Avenue West. Thornby was released pending court.
