MONROE -Sherri L. Kieffer, 41, Freeport, was arrested around 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of 12th Street after turning herself in due to a warrant for her arrest by Albany police. Kieffer posted bond and was released.
• Denise P. Zepeda, 18, Monroe, was arrested for retail theft around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West 8th Street. Zepeda was released pending court.

MONROE - Kevin A. McKenzie, 45, Cross Plains, was arrested Tuesday tld (no time) by Lafayette County deputies for five outstanding warrants through Green County. McKenzie was turned over to Green County deputies and was incarcerated in the Green County Jail pending court.
• Deputies arrested Daniel B. Schwartz, 29, rural Albany, around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Wisconsin 11/81 and Wis. 69 interchange, after receiving a 911 call of a vehicle driving erratically. Schwartz was arrested for first offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration of .10 or higher, and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. He was released pending court.
• Zachary B. Elsner, 21, Albany, was arrested around 9:25 a.m. Tuesday at the Green County Courthouse on a warrant through Janesville Police Department for operating after revocation. At the time of his arrest, Elsner was appearing in court for the same offense that occurred in Green County. Elsner was transported to the county line where he was turned over to the Rock County Sheriff's Department.

DARLINGTON - A deputy took a report of a dog bite around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, which occurred at a residence on Faymont Road in Fayette township. A nine-year-old male had received a bite to the arm. The incident was referred to Lafayette County Health Department for follow up.
• A deputy assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department with transporting Kevin A. McKenzie, 45, Cross Plains, to the county line on Wis. 81 around 6 p.m. Tuesday. McKenzie had an outstanding Green County warrant.
• William D. Zart, 54, Belmont, was cited for expired vehicle registration around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday on Park Street in Belmont.
• Deputies responded around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday to the Baymont Inn in Belmont to assist with the removal of a male creating a disturbance in the hotel. The subject had left prior to the deputies arrival.
• A deputy checked on the welfare of an unknown male found sleeping on a porch at a residence on Ohnstad Road in Darlington township around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
