• Brian R. Green, 34, and Tammy L. Vavra, 46, both of Monroe, were cited at 3:54 p.m. for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of West 21st Street.
• Kiwana D. Hodges, 43, Monroe, was cited at 8:56 p.m. for disorderly conduct in the 400 block of West 21st Street.
