MONROE - On Wednesday, Feb. 27:

• A set of keys on a white rope was reported lost at 8:35 a.m.

• A resident in the 1700 block of 16th Street was warned for feeding feral cats after a neighbor complained at 9:28 a.m. about cats running loose in the area.

• A 46-year-old man brought his 13-year-old daughter to the police station at 10:19 a.m. with a complaint that she doesn't listen or go to school. Police referred the matter to the parents' divorce lawyers.

• The city's street department reported at 10:31 a.m. that a resident in the 600 block of 26th Street is blowing or plowing snow into the street. The resident made a counter complaint that the street department is plowing snow onto the property. Police advised the resident not to push any snow into the street.

• A person driving in the 2700 block of 17th Avenue called at 12:16 p.m. to report three underage teens for smoking. An officer in the neighborhood investigated. Three boys, ages 14, 15 and 15, will be cited for underage possession of tobacco.
