Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Cody D. Sweet, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for three counts of disorderly conduct while armed and for domestic disorderly conduct at about 4:15 p.m. Feb. 22. He was jailed.

- James E. Bennett II, 19, LaValle, Wis., was cited Feb. 22 for issuance of worthless checks. A court date was issued.

- Elizabeth L. Streich, 36, Brodhead, was cited at about 8:30 p.m. Feb. 21 in the 400 block of 2nd Street for mistreatment of animals. A court date was issued.

n Ryan M. Richardson, 26, Brodhead, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at about 10:35 p.m. Feb. 24 in the 700 block of 19th Street. He was released pending court.

- Gregory L . Vordermann, 58, Monroe, was cited for speeding at about 2:30 p.m. Feb. 20 in the 600 block of 1st Street. A court date was issued.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Jordan K. Marsh, 16, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation, following a traffic stop at about 4:30 p.m. Feb. 23 on 2nd Street at 6th Avenue.

- Rodney Whitehead, 21, New Glarus, was cited for driving while suspended, following a traffic stop by police officers at about 1 p.m. Feb. 24 on Wisconsin 69 at 6th Avenue.

- Police officers removed without incident a person who was allegedly trespassing at about 4:15 p.m. Feb. 24 at a residence in the 200 block of 2nd Street.

- Police were called at about 2 a.m. Feb. 25 to the 800 block of Wis. 69 to check the welfare of a person, who was taken into protective custody.

- Police were called at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday to the 600 block of 1st Street to check the welfare of a person. The case was turned over to Human Services.

- Police officers assisted Belleville Police Department at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday by performing a intoximeter test on Jason Hanson 23, Belleville, who was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

- Police officers assisted Green County Sheriff's Department deputies at about 4:15 a.m. Saturday by performing an intoximeter test on Todd Rufenacht, 41, Belleville, who was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Todd T. Rufenacht, 41, Belleville, was arrested for driving while under the influence first offense and cited for prohibited alcohol concentration at about 3:50 a.m. Saturday, in the 400 block of 2nd Street, Village of New Glarus. Rufenacht was released pending court.

- Deputies, Albany Police and Monticello Police were dispatched at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday for a report of a female who was left behind after a motor vehicle crash in the area of Purintun Road near Rechsteiner Road in the Town of Mount Pleasant. Deputies report a motor vehicle had driven into a ditch, which caused minor vehicle damage. The female exited the vehicle when the driver left the scene. The offending motor vehicle, driven by Charles Devon Hill, 22, Monroe, was located in the Village of Monticello. Hill was arrested for second offense driving while under the influence and for violation of bond. Hill was also cited for driving too fast for conditions and expired registration. Hill was jailed pending court or bond.

- Leonardo H. Sanchez, 27, Janesville, was cited for speeding and driving after driver's license is suspended, following a traffic stop at about 10:15 p.m. Friday on Wisconsin 11/81 in the Town of Sylvester. Sanchez was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Matthew J. Wiegel, 31, Shullsburg, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, following a complaint of a dispute at about 11:15 a.m. Sunday on W. Harrison Street in Shullsburg. Wiegel posted bond and was released.

- Kiara D. Pearson, 20, Freeport, was arrested on a Rock County warrant at about 12:15 a.m. Friday in Benton. Pearson was jailed, awaiting transport to Rock County.

- Corey D. Jerry, 36, Freeport, was arrested in Madison on a Lafayette County child support warrant. He was transported to Lafayette County jail.

- James T. Wood Jr., 36, Monroe was cited for driving while suspended at abut 6 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

- Mallory L. Snitker, 24, Chicago, was cited for speeding at 8:15 p.m. Friday on County W in the Town of White Oak Springs.
