DARLINGTON - Adam J. Ubersox, 25, South Wayne, was arrested for domestic abuse disorderly conduct at about 6:35 p.m. Wednesday after deputies investigated a disturbance at a residence on South Galena Street in South Wayne. Ubersox posted bond and was released pending court.
• Becky J. Hippert, 35, Marion, Iowa, was cited for passing in a no-passing zone at about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 11 in Shullsburg township.

MONROE - John D. Sutphen, 32, New Glarus, was arrested for first-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop in the N4200 block of Wisconsin 69 in the Town of Monroe. Sutphen also was cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and speeding. He was released pending court.
