• Sunni M. Schrieber, 34, New Glarus, was cited for allowing dogs to run at large following a complaint of a dog running at large at about 2 p.m. June 21 in the 900 block of 1st Street.
• Following complaints of worthless checks, Patricia E. Sandlin, 27, Monticello, was cited with three counts of issuing worthless checks and Alyssa N. Dalen, 21, Belleville, with one count of issuing worthless checks.
• Jamie L. Bartels, 48, Albany, was cited for unlawful use of a phone following a report of harassing telephone calls at about 1:45 p.m. June 21.

• Emily K. Stryhn, 18, Beloit; Kyle B. Steiner, 19, Brodhead; Samantha J. Mansfield, 20, Evansville; and Danielle L. Hafford, 19, Brodhead, were cited for underage drinking at about 10:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of 17th Street. They were released pending court.
• Timothy J. Wilcox, 20, Oregon, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to show proof of insurance at about 9:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of 19th Street. He was released pending court.
• Mark S. Wellnitz, 47, Orfordville, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at about 4:15 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of East 3rd Avenue. He was released pending court.

MONROE - Joshua T. Wilson, 26, Brodhead, was arrested for possession of a Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 7 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of 22nd Avenue. He was jailed.
• Matthew W. Schmid, 30, Monroe, was arrested for resisting arrest and a Wisconsin Department of Corrections hold at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed.
• Nathan K. Rufener, 20, Monroe, was arrested for underage drinking, resisting arrest and bail jumping at about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of 10th Street. He was jailed.
• Lisa K. Gumtow, 44, Monroe, was cited for battery and Melissa A. Anderson, 26, Argyle, was cited for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 1 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of 6th Avenue. They were released pending court.

• Kurt W. Lacarz, 30, Madison, was arrested for obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, a probation violation and reckless driving following a report of a truck driving recklessly in the N4600 block of County E. He was jailed.
