NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - Christina A Styx, 20, rural Monticello, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol at about 10:45 p.m. Thursday, after seeing a police officer in a downtown alleyway.

• Benjamin, C. Schmitt, 17, rural New Glarus was cited for underage consumption of alcohol at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday on 2nd Street near 1st Avenue.

• Brittany M. Bahn, 19, rural New Glarus, was cited for illegal window tint at about 8 p.m. June 22 on Wisconsin 69 near 14th Avenue.

• Trent D. Baltes, 20, Belleville, was cited for illegal window tint at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday on Elmer Road near County W.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - Green County Sheriff's deputies, along with Monroe Police officers, responded at 1:35 a.m. Saturday to Sir Buk's Dance Club, W5222 County KK, Town of Monroe, for a report of a battery that occurred inside the business. The victim sustained injuries but refused medical treatment. Suspects have been named, and the investigation is ongoing. Additionally, a complaint was made of an underage person in the business who had used a fake identification card to enter. That complaint was unfounded.

• Rodger A. Sickinger, 46, of rural Albany was arrested for first offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday on County E at County C in the Town of Brooklyn. Sickinger was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and prohibited alcohol concentration. He was jailed pending release to a responsible party.

• Robert A. Naugle, 56, South Beloit, Ill., was arrested at about 2 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 11 at County S, Town of Jefferson, on a warrant issued by Green County Circuit Court for contempt of court - failure to support, following a commercial motor vehicle stop for inspection. He also was cited for a traffic crime for operating a CMV with a suspended driver's license. He was jailed. The business, MC Paving, was issued several citations for faulty equipment as a result of the inspection.

• Julie A Jordan, 44, Mconnell, Ill., was arrested at about 1:15 p.m. Friday for an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Green County Circuit Court for failing to pay public defender fees. Jordan posted bond and was released.

• Ashley M. Walters, 25, Monroe, was arrested at about 8 p.m. Friday at her residence in the City of Monroe on a Green County arrest warrant for issuance of worthless checks. Walters was jailed, posted bond and was released pending court.

• Jason D. Covert, 25, Brodhead, was cited for a misdemeanor traffic crime of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license and violation of the mandatory seatbelt law. At approximately 6:30 a.m. Friday on Wisconsin 104 near Yarwood Road in Brooklyn Township, following a traffic stop for a speeding violation. Covert was released pending court.
