DARLINGTON - Elwin Eugenio Soto-Sevilla, 29, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance on Wisconsin 23 at 3:56 a.m. June 19.

MONROE - On Wednesday, June 19:
William E. Heitz, 35, Monroe, was cited for four counts of retail theft at 5:09 p.m. at Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W. He allegedly stole more than $500 in merchandise over a two-year period while employed at the store.
A citation is pending against a dog owner in the 1400 block of 19th Street after police responded to a complaint at 5:35 a.m. about a dog barking. The dog owner has been warned several times before about the barking.
A caller at 10:07 a.m. reported finding a small injured raccoon at West 8th Street and 6th Avenue. An officer came to get the raccoon and released it outside city limits.
A kitten behind Vince's Pizza, 619 4th Ave., bit one of the men who was trying to capture it, and police were called to the scene at 12:23 p.m. The kitten is being isolated at the Green County Humane Society.
A woman came into the police station lobby at 1:20 p.m. to report being harassed by her ex-boyfriend, the father of her child. Police called the ex and warned him to stop.
The theft of a wallet from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 1500 block of 15th Avenue was reported at 2:49 p.m. Police have leads on a suspect.
A set of jumper cables was found in the 1300 block of 16th Street and brought at 3:22 p.m. to the police station, where they can be claimed.
Police responded to a 911 call at 8 p.m. in the 2200 block of 8th Avenue for a 29-year-old Monroe man experiencing a suspected overdose from alcohol and prescription drugs. He was placed into emergency detention.

Anacelia Ortega Diaz, 30, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license following a traffic stop at 4:45 a.m. on Wis. 126 in Elk Grove Township. She was booked at the jail and released pending court.
Tom L. Rowley, 36, Warren, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 3:33 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.
A deputy responded to 2nd Street in Benton at 12:36 a.m. for an unwanted female at a residence.
A deputy responded to Chestnut Street in Benton at 4:05 a.m. for a noise complaint.
A deputy responded to Jones Branch Road in Belmont Township at 4:23 p.m. to keep the peace during a civil dispute.
Deputies responded at 8:01 p.m. to a 911 hangup on Furnace Hill Road in Darlington Township. Upon arrival, deputies found a domestic disturbance had occurred. The incident remains under investigation. Darlington police assisted at the scene.
