MONROE - Dakota R. Myer, 20, Monroe, was arrested in the 2200 block of 9th Street at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He is also charged with felony bail jumping and obstructing an officer, a Class A misdemeanor. He was jailed. His initial appearance in court is Thursday, June 13.

MONROE - Emily A. Skattum, 29, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of heroin after deputies responded to a traffic complaint of a vehicle all over the roadway on Wisconsin 11 at 1:12 p.m. Tuesday, June 11. Deputies located and stopped the vehicle on Wis. 11 west of County N in Monroe Township. Skattum is also charged with bailjumping, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and driving with a revoked license. She was booked into jail and held pending court. The sheriff's department K-9 Unit assisted at the scene. In court the following day, her signature bond was set at $2,500. Her next court date is July 16. Court records indicate this is Skattum's third charge since February of operating while under the influence of an intoxicant or drug.
Colin Denzel Hill, 27, Middleton, was cited for driving without a license (second offense), improper display of registration, driving without vehicle insurance and putting an unauthorized sign in the rear window, following a traffic stop on Wis. 69 at Hill Lane in Monroe Township at 7:16 p.m. Tuesday, June 11.

John M. Rigali, 53, Park Ridge, Ill., was cited for driving with an expired vehicle registration at 9:34 a.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
Steven M. Delk, 53, Argyle, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 1 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Lamont Township.
Joshua T. Deyoung, 19, Platteville, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 4:35 p.m. on Wis. 126 in Belmont.
A deputy responded to Mason Street in Blanchardville at 7:45 a.m. to keep the peace during a civil dispute.
Criminal damage to property was reported at 1:45 p.m. on Wis. 78 in Argyle.
