Monroe Police

MONROE - Joseph E. Allen, 31, Monroe, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property following a report of a disturbance at about noon Wednesday in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue. He was jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Todd S. Truttman, 39, Monticello, was arrested for a restraining order violation at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the N6915 block of Wisconsin 69. He was jailed.

• Gary M. Wand, 48, Madison, was arrested for a warrant for failure to pay a fine issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Department at about 4 p.m. Wednesday in the N2300 block of Bloom Lane. He posted bond and was released.

• John R. Cooper, 42, no fixed address, was arrested at about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street in Brodhead for a warrant issued by Green County Circuit Court for failure to appear for a court appearance. He was jailed.

• Three people were cited for alcohol violations following a report of underage drinking party at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in the N8500 block of County X. Tyler D. Anderson, 18, Belleville, was cited for underage drinking and providing alcohol to minors. Tyler L. Argall and Nicholas H. Murphy, both 17 and both from Belleville, were cited for underage drinking.

Lafayette County SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - Shawn D. Rains, 24, Blanchardville, was arrested for driving after revocation, allowing open intoxicants in a vehicle and furnishing alcohol to a minor following a report of a vehicle causing a disturbance at about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday on County F in Fayette township. Passengers Richard A. Niemeyer, 17, Cuba City, Samantha H. Beranek, 19, Darlington, and Brandon M. Triem, 20, Mineral Point, were cited for open intoxicants and underage drinking. Beranek was arrested on a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. The others were released pending court.

• Acasia R.M. Anderson, 19, Cobb, was arrested for several warrants at about 7 p.m. Wednesday. She was jailed.
