MONROE - Lisa R. Wahl, 50, Juda, was arrested for a first offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday in the W3700 block of Wisconsin 11/81 in the Town of Sylvester, following a traffic stop. Wahl was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and an unsafe lane deviation. Wahl was released.
