DARLINGTON - Roxann M. Bellerjeau, 18, Argyle, and Brandon S. Richardson, 19, Monroe, were arrested for disorderly conduct following an altercation at about 4:30 a.m. Monday on Lafayette Street in Argyle. They were released pending court.

MONROE - Alec W. Herbst, 30, Monroe, was arrested for false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance at about 1 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of North 12th Avenue. He was jailed.
• Gary A. Smith, 43, Monroe, was arrested for a probation and parole violation at about 2 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of 18th Avenue. He was jailed.
• Jeramiah R. Fuchs, 20, Monroe, was arrested for a Monroe Police Department warrant at about 7:15 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed.

BRODHEAD - Kartez D. McAdory, 29, Brodhead, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of West 2nd Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Victor Garcia-Vasquez, 35, Brodhead, was arrested for driving after suspension at about noon June 29 in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Victor Garcia-Vasquez, 35, Brodhead, was arrested for driving after suspension at about midnight Wednesday in the 1500 block of East 9th Avenue. He was released pending court.
