MONROE - Joshua S. Linnemann, 30, Lanark, Ill., was arrested for second-offense drunken driving and driving without a license at about 4:15 p.m. Sunday at 26th Avenue and 1st Street. He was released pending court.

NEW GLARUS - Belinda A. Benton, 44, New Glarus, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 11:15 p.m. June 29 on 1st Street near 8th Avenue.

MONROE - Griffin A. Rostan, 22, Monticello, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign following a traffic stop at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday in the N6500 block of County F in Washington township. He was jailed for a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
• Charles B. Loeffelholz Jr., 25, Brooklyn, was arrested for battery and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia following a disturbance at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday at a residence on Coon Creek in Jordan township. He was jailed.
• Joseph R. Schwarzenberger, 19, Monroe, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at about 9:15 p.m. Friday in the W6000 block of Town Center Road. The driver of the vehicle, Sarah E. Anderson, 17, Argyle, was cited for a defective headlight. They were released pending court.
