Darlington PoliceDARLINGTON - William Phillip Haberkorn, 31, Lancaster, and Andrew John Pitzen, 31, Darlington, were arrested on probation violations and jailed after officers responded at 9:40 p.m. Friday, July 27, to a disturbance on Washington Street. Haberkorn was also cited for disorderly conduct.- Kyle A. Brunkow, 31, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of driving a utility terrain vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, July 29, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin Street. Brunkow was also cited for operating a UTV on a highway and for keeping open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
