DARLINGTON - Samuel E. Ostendorf, 21, Platteville, was cited for a child safety restraint violation at about 5:45 p.m. on Wisconsin 11 in Benton.

MONROE - Brad A. Becker, 23, Monroe, was arrested at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of 6th Street on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant. Becker was jailed.
• Dennis A. Kimpton, 63, Blanchardville, was cited for disorderly conduct and annoying phone calls following a complaint at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Orrin H. Marsden, 17, Monroe, was cited for trespassing about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. He was released pending court.

MONROE - Eliezer Cardenas Avendano, 18, Monroe, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license and failure to wear seatbelt on Wisconsin 69, near Patina Lane, Town of Clarno. At about 7:45 p.m., Wednesday following a traffic stop. Passengers, Francisco Huerta Cordero, 30, Monroe, and Randey J. Wehe, 18, Monroe, were both cited for failure to wear a seatbelt.
