DARLINGTON - Zachery S. Lancaster, 18, Darlington, was cited for violating all-terrain vehicle access route rules and operating without a safety certificate at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday.

MONROE - Kory L. Lukancic, 38, Wisconsin Dells, was cited for operating after suspension and not having proof of insurance at 12:21 a.m. Wednesday after police stopped him on Wisconsin 69 at Pierce Road in the Town of Mount Pleasant. He was released pending court.

• Myles S. Leahy, 19, Darlington, was cited for having open intoxicants in a vehicle and operating without a valid license at 2:36 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 81 in the Town of Lamont.
• Police responded at 12:08 p.m. to a 911 hangup on West Water Street in Shullsburg.
• An injured animal was reported at 6:11 a.m. on U.S. Hwy. 151 in the Town of Belmont.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 1:18 p.m. on Fox Road in the Town of Wiota.
