DARLINGTON Police

DARLINGTON - Allen Penewell, 21, Dubuque, was arrested and jailed on valid warrants for possessing drug paraphernalia and an underage drinking violation at 7:30 p.m. Monday after police stopped him on Center Hill Road.



Monroe Police

MONROE - On Saturday:

• Ryan L. Bergemann, 39, Monroe, was arrested and jailed for disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer at 1:02 a.m. after police responded to a report of an intoxicated person sleeping in the 1400 block of 17th street.

• Nicholas D. Gille, 36, Monroe, was arrested and jailed for bail jumping at 3:21 a.m. after police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of 19th Street.

On Sunday:

• Cecilia Zepeda was arrested and jailed on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections in the 2200 block of 11th Street.

On Monday:

• Michale A. Cook, 52, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on a valid Monroe Police Department warrant for failure to pay a fine at 8:11 a.m. on 21st Street at 4th Avenue West.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• Thomas Peiffer, 50, Maquoketa, Iowa, was cited for not having proof of insurance and a seatbelt violation at 9:06 a.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

• Joann Deckert, 56, Benton, was cited for speeding at 12:54 p.m. after police stopped her on County H in Cuba City.

• Anita Summers, 58, Stockton, Ill., was cited for speeding at 7:22 p.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

• Dennis Slater, 41, Blanchardville, was arrested and jailed on a valid Sauk County warrant at 9:56 p.m.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 12:24 a.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot.

• A residential alarm went off at 2:06 a.m. on East Liberty Street in Belmont.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 5:57 a.m. on Gravel Run Road in the Town of Lamont.

• A theft was reported at 1:24 p.m. on Meylor Lane in the Town of Willow Springs.
