Monroe Police MONROE - Mary J. Moffitt, 58, Monroe, was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded to a two-vehicle collision at about 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 2, in the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and 2nd Street. Moffitt reportedly hit a vehicle driven by Aaron A. Blask, 47, Dodgeville. Green County EMS transported two people with non-life threatening injuries from the scene.
