Lenz was jailed.- Jessica L. Vanhook, 28, Monroe, was cited for her third charge of driving without a valid license at 12:04 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, in the 900 block of 10th Street. She was released pending court.- A 22-year-old Monroe man was found with an unspecified amount of alleged marijuana at 1:14 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, after he was stopped for a traffic offense in the 1200 block of 17th Street and gave consent to a vehicle search.
