Monroe Police MONROE - On Friday, Jan. 24: • Police arrested Brett N. Neuschwander, 19, Freeport, at 10:10 a.m. in the 300 block of West 6th Avenue at Walmart for three counts of retail theft. Neuschwander was released pending court. • Police arrested and charged Timothy S. Miller, 27, Brodhead, at 8:31 p.m. in the 2900 block of 13th Street for bail jumping and operating a vehicle after revocation.
