MONROE - Kaitlyn C. Lewis, 17, Monroe, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday for disorderly conduct and battery after a disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of 15th Street. Lewis was jailed pending court.

• Dakotah L. Gorsuch, 21, Rockford, Ill., was cited at 7:02 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.
