Monroe Police MONROE - On Thursday Jan. 16: • Police conducted a traffic stop at 4:35 a.m. in the 1000 block of 8th Street on a vehicle operated by a person known to the officer as having a suspended driving status. Christopher L. Sibley, 27, Monroe, was cited for operating after suspension, fifth offense. During the stop a K-9 search revealed suspected drug paraphernalia.
