MONROE - Virginia Calderon-Santos, 28, Madison, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, following a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Wisconsin 69 near Old Madison Road in the Town of New Glarus. Calderon-Santos was released pending court.
