Albany Police

ALBANY - Zachary B. Elsner, 23, Brodhead, was arrested for felony bail jumping and driving after suspension Jan. 5 in Albany.

• Kevin L. Helm, 20, Albany, was arrested for driving after revocation Dec. 27 in Albany.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Ricky D. Schneider, 37, Belleville, was arrested for possession of a Schedule 4 drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 3 a.m. Jan. 3, in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was jailed.

• Sean M. Waterman, 30, Fairhope, Ala., was arrested for warrants issued by Green County and obstructing an officer at about 10:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was jailed.

• Anthony E. Brown-Miller, 18, Miller, was arrested for violating the absolute sobriety law at about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue. Anthony L. Herrera, 20, Monroe, Travis J. Manning-Konstan, 19, Monroe, and Melody C. Brown-Miller, no age given, Monroe, were arrested for underage drinking. They were released pending court.

• Lucas S. Rittenhouse, 17, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a license at about 8:15 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of East 4th Avenue. A 15-year-old Brodhead male was cited with disturbing the peace with a vehicle and driving without a license. They were released pending court.

• Kurt M. Proetrock, 51, Edgerton, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at about 7 p.m. Jan. 3, in the 900 block of 21st Street. He was released pending court.

• Tyler M. Brookman, 18, Brodhead, was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a yield sign at about 3:15 p.m. Thursday.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Ronald J. Konopacki, 46, Pardeeville, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery following a disturbance at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday at a residence on Sawmill Road. He was jailed.

• Sixteen people were cited for underage drinking following a report of objects being thrown at vehicles at about 12:30 a.m. at a residence in Rechsteiner Road in Sylvester township. Cited for underage drinking were: Theodore J. Poast, 19, Verona; Erika A. Kundert, 18, Juda; Kayla M. Hamilton, 19, Albany; Joshua C. Kosak, 18, Belleville; Nicholas D. Brugger, 20, Monroe; Phillip J. Kauk, 18, Albany; Jacob T. Solberg, 19, Oregon; Lance D. Hulbert, 19, Albany; Brock N. Peters, 19, Monroe; Devan R. Brugger, 19, Madison; Paul S. Dunn, 19, Brooklyn; Colton L. Brugger, 17, Monroe; Aaron M. Kuebli, 19, Albany; Nichalaus P. Valentine, 19, Oregon; Dylan J. Palmer, 17, Belleville; Melanie E. Pehl, 18, Juda. All were released pending court. During the investigation, deputies located a person passed out under a tractor. Albany Emergency Medical Services responded and the person was taken to the Monroe Clinic for evaluation.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Keith L. Kunde, 26, Platteville, was arrested for battery to a juvenile, permitting underage drinking and a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation violation following a report of a 15-year-old male sustaining injuries at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday at a residence on County XX in Belmont township. Kunde was jailed.

• Jessica P. Lewis, 22, Mount Morris, Ill., was arrested for drunken driving following a report of a vehicle that pulled away from a gas pump with the hose still attached at about 4 a.m. Saturday in Argyle. She was jailed.

• Daniel J. Ubersox, 25, Benton, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a fight at about 12:15 p.m. Saturday at a business on East Main Street in Benton. He was released pending court.

• Brooke P. Nolte, 21, Shullsburg, was cited for driving after revocation and a seatbelt violation at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday on Cross Street in Benton.
