The driver was contacted, and the incident is under investigation.- A property owner in the 2000 block of 9th Street was warned at 2:09 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, for having bags of garbage sitting in the yard, a violation of city code.- An undetermined amount of cash was reported stolen at a business in the 1400 block of 17th Street. Christopher, 57, Shullsburg, was cited for a seatbelt violation and for driving without vehicle insurance at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.- Zachery W. Jensen, 22, Monroe, was cited for having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at 5:22 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, on 11th Avenue at Railroad Street.
