MONROE - Micki F. Nafzger, 17, Monroe, was arrested in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West for an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a probation violation. He was jailed.

A theft of $93 in gas was reported at a gas station in the 1000 block of 9th St., at 10:36 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21. The suspect is described as a 6-foot male wearing blue jeans and a gray sweatshirt and driving a red Chevy Silverado with a silver-colored topper and a rack on the back.

A 17-year-old male was cited for habitual truancy at 1:33 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St.

A blow-up Christmas decoration in a yard in the 2300 block of 13th Street was reported as vandalized at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21. The owner told police the electrical cord had been cut.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Esteban Duran-Duran, 57, Darlington, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, on charges of driving with a revoked license and no vehicle insurance and failing to yield right-of-way at an uncontrolled intersection. He reportedly hit the back of a school bus with children riding in it on Wisconsin 81 in the Village of Argyle. The children were uninjured and moved to another bus to be taken home. Duran-Duran remains jailed.

Nicholas L. Good, 20, South Wayne, was cited for driving a vehicle without a muffler at 10:12 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 11 in the Village of South Wayne.

A deputy responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct at the Black Hawk High School, 202 E. Center St., in South Wayne.
