• Danielle A. Bauer, 24, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense driving after suspension, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. She was released pending court.
• Kyle M. Ramos, 19, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation following a domestic dispute at about 2:45 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of 4th Street. He was jailed.

NEW GLARUS - Jonathan R. Leverton-Duerst, 17, New Glarus, was arrested for theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 6:30 a.m. Feb. 2 following an investigation into a theft at a residence on 14th Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Andrew J. Ostby, 38, New Glarus, was arrested for bail jumping at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the downtown area.
• Albert H. Sandlin, 36, Monticello, was cited for driving after revocation at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 69 near 11th Avenue.

He was jailed. The driver of the vehicle, Kendrick M. Baker, 23, Freeport, Ill., was cited for non-registration of a vehicle. A passenger, Danny A. Thomas Jr., 24, Freeport, Ill., was cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle.
