MONROE - Cresencio Mejia-Viveros, 26, Monroe, was cited at 2:15 a.m. Thursday for driving with a suspended license at the intersection of Wisconsin 59 and 6 1/2 Street in Monroe.

• Harassment over the telephone was reported at 3:15 p.m. on County N, Town of Blanchard.
• A deputy assisted the Belmont Police at 3:24 p.m. with an alarm on West Mound Avenue in Belmont.
• A disabled vehicle in the roadway was reported at 5:55 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Benton.
• Suspicious activity was reported at 8:22 p.m. on County I, Town of New Diggings.
