Monroe Police MONROE - On Monday, Feb. 3: • Keandre K. Euell, 18, Monroe, was charged at 2:37 p.m. for disorderly conduct, false imprisonment, intimidating a victim all under the domestic abuse law and resisting arrest. Police responded to the alleged incident at a residence in the 1900 block of 15th Avenue where it was reported Euell was allegedly keeping his 19-year-old girlfriend from leaving against her will. Euell was confined in the Green County Jail pending court.
