MONROE - Eric H. Jubeck, 27, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian, following a traffic stop at about 7:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of 13th Street. He was released pending court.
• Joanne T. Froman, 61, Monroe, was cited for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at about 9 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of North 18th Avenue. She was released pending court.
• Deanna L. Klosterman, 37, Monroe, was cited for a stop sign and seatbelt violation following a traffic stop at about 12:45 p.m. in the 100 block of North 18th Avenue. She was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Candace Roque, 29, Orangeville, Ill., was arrested on a Green County warrant at about 8 p.m. Wednesday. Roque was transported and turned over to Green County Sheriff's Department.
