Monroe Police MONROE - A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested on a warrant at about 2:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of 26th Street. The juvenile was released after appearing in court. Green County SheriffMONROE - Dustin D. Ethridge, 27, Monroe, was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Green County Justice Center on a Green County Circuit Court arrest warrant for failure to pay child support.
