MONROE - Garrett J. Fox, 19, Monroe, was arrested for physical abuse of a child, following a police investigation at about 9:15 p.m. Monday of an incident in the 200 block of 8th Street. He was jailed.

MONROE - Olivia L. J. Halvorson, 29, rural Belleville, was arrested at about 6:45 a.m. Monday on a Green County Circuit Court arrest warrant issued for domestic-related disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Halvorson was jailed pending court.
