MONROE - Tara J. Reger, 32, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way and driving without vehicle insurance after officers responded at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the intersection of 10th Avenue and 22nd Street. Reger was westbound on 22nd Street when she collided with a southbound vehicle on 10th Avenue driven by Kevin L. Linak, 42, Monroe. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
A 67-year-old resident in the 2200 block of 4th Avenue West reported at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, that she was the victim of an ongoing fraud and had wired cash to a person in a foreign country overseas after the person made requests via the Internet.
A 52-year-old man came into the police station at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, to report a former girlfriend for not returning the movies she checked out from the public library on his card, which he lent her when they were still a couple. Police are trying to contact the ex-girlfriend to tell her to return the movies, but advised the man it is a civil case between him and the library at this point.
A 43-year-old Monroe man reported at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, that he lost about $100 in cash somewhere in the east half of the city. If found, call dispatch at 608-329-2400.
The owner of a dog was warned to keep the animal leashed after police responded to a complaint at 9:27 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, that a dog was loose and being aggressive outside an apartment building in the 300 block of 2nd Street. Police learned the dog has eight puppies and was being protective of her offspring.

Gaulrapp, 24, Monroe, was cited for possession of THC (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia after deputies and Brodhead police were dispatched at 12:03 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the N3900 block of Wisconsin 104 in the Town of Decatur. Gaulrapp was released pending court. The Green County K-9 Unit assisted with the case.

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Feb. 19:
John W. Fortin, 17, Darlington, was cited for speeding at 9:20 p.m. on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington.
A possible restraining order violation was reported at 7:21 a.m. on Broad Street in Argyle.
Dogs running at large was reported at 1:33 p.m. on Ohnstad Lane in the Town of Darlington.
Animal neglect was reported at 1:53 p.m. on County Y in the Town of Wiota.
On Wednesday, Feb. 20:
Cody A. Young, 20, Argyle, was transported from the Green County Jail to Lafayette County at 12:30 p.m. for a court appearance. He remains jailed in Lafayette County.
James E. Kruser, 29, Cuba City, was arrested and jailed on a charge of disorderly conduct at 8:41 p.m., following an incident at the Benton schools, 41 Alma St.
At 11:05 a.m., a deputy investigated a complaint of dogs killing several sheep on County M in the Town of Wiota.
Animal neglect was reported on County XX in the Town of Belmont at 7:46 p.m.
Request for security was requested at the Benton schools at 9:35 p.m. for the following day after a parent posted a suspicious message on Facebook. The Facebook post did not make a direct threat on the school or any individual. A deputy was present at the school Thursday morning and reported nothing unusual.
