DARLINGTON - Charles F. Dopke, 70, Dubuque, was cited for a seatbelt violation at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour.
• Lindsey M. Rothschadl, 21, Lena, was cited for speeding, following a traffic stop at about 5:45 p.m. Thursday on Dunbarton Road in the Town of Shullsburg.

MONROE - Richard D. Ward, 19, Monroe, was arrested on a probation/parole warrant at about 4 p.m. Thursday at the Green County Justice Center. Ward was jailed.
