DARLINGTON - On Monday:
• Deputies assisted Shullsburg police with investigating a suspicious person complaint at 2:19 a.m. on West Water Street, Shullsburg.
• A deputy responded to a report of bags of garbage in the roadway on Wisconsin 81, Elk Grove Township, at 4 a.m.
• A deputy responded at 8 a.m. to a report of a theft of a cellphone from a location on Prairie Road, Shullsburg Township.
• Steven B. DeVoe, 44, Darlington was transported at 4:40 p.m. by a deputy from the Iowa County jail to the Lafayette County jail on a probation hold. DeVoe remains jailed.

DARLINGTON - Roxann Bellerjeau, 24, Darlington, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, on Main Street on a Lafayette County warrant for an unpaid fine on a driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration conviction.
• Oscar Martinez-Herrera, 24, Darlington, was cited at 8:46 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, for driving without a valid license following a traffic stop on Galena Street.
• Andrew J. Turpin was arrested at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8, on a Lafayette County warrant for failure to pay a traffic citation. Turpin paid the fine and was released.
