NEW GLARUS - On Feb. 5:
Police issued two parking citations for alternate side parking violations and three parking citations for violation of 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. no parking restrictions.
A vehicle that had not moved was reported at 9:40 a.m. in the 300 block of 5th Avenue. The tires were marked.
A vehicle that had not moved was reported at 10:26 a.m. in the 200 block of 2nd Avenue. The tires were marked.
Suspicious activity was reported at 2:55 p.m. for a juvenile that appeared to be lost in the area of 12th Avenue and 4th Street. The area was checked and no one was located who needed assistance.
On Feb. 6:
A stolen vehicle was located by New Glarus Police at 1:55 p.m. in the 600 block of 2nd Street. The vehicle was reported stolen from the Village of McFarland. The vehicle was towed from the scene to be returned to the owner.
A possible vehicle in the ditch was reported at 7:52 p.m. in the 1500 block of Wis. 69. The area was checked and no vehicle in the ditch was located.
On Feb. 7:
Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department with an active alarm in the Township of New Glarus.
Illegal passing was reported at 11:40 a.m. in the 1700 block of 2nd Street. The complainant just wanted the driver warned. Contact was made with the driver and they were warned for the traffic violation.
Police assisted a citizen with a vehicle lockout at 12:51 p.m. The vehicle was unlocked without damage.
Police responded to a 911 call at 3:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Industrial Drive. The area was checked, and contact was made with a business and everything appeared fine.
On Feb. 8:
Police issued two parking citations at 1:30 a.m. for violations for the alternate side parking ordinance.
Disorderly conduct was reported at 8:28 a.m. An 11-year-old juvenile became disorderly in school. After an investigation was completed the juvenile will be referred to the juvenile court for disorderly conduct.
Police unlocked a vehicle without incident at 10:12 a.m. in the 300 block of 5th Avenue.
A restraining order violation was reported at 10:17 a.m. in the village. An investigation into the matter continues.
A kitten was found at 2:30 p.m. in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue. The caller was going to care for the kitten with the upcoming storm approaching.
A civil dispute was reported at 2:37 p.m. at a residence in the 500 block of 8th Street. Someone was moving property out of a residence.
On Feb. 9:
Police issued one parking citation for alternate side violations.
A parking issue was reported at 4 p.m. in the 200 block of 14th Avenue for a vehicle facing the wrong way. Contact was made with owner and it was removed.
A parking complaint was reported at 5:18 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street. The vehicle was moved prior to the officer's arrival.
On Feb. 10:
Police issued four parking citations. Two citations were for violation of the alternate side parking regulations. The last two were for violation of the no parking 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. regulation.

ALBANY - Jane M. Wise, 57, Albany, was arrested Feb. 8 on a warrant for disorderly conduct and battery.
