Monroe Police MONROE - Steven S. Strossner, 24, Monroe, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of 17th Street on a Lafayette County Sheriff's Department warrant. Strossner posted bond and was released. Green County Sheriff MONROE - Jeremy M. Bragg, 25, Evansville, was cited at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday for driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after deputies stopped his vehicle on Psalm Way at Dunphy Road, Town of Albany.
