MONROE - Stanley E. Moffitt, 24, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, in the 1300 block of 13th Street on charges of disorderly conduct and battery during a reported incident of domestic abuse. Moffitt was released pending a court appearance.

Grossen, 24, Monroe, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, on charges of committing a hit-and-run and of driving under the influence of an intoxicant or controlled substance after police responded to a report that a vehicle hit a light pole in the 1600 block of Wisconsin 69. Grossen was released pending a court appearance.
- Christina M. Gibbs, 38, Winslow, was cited at 2:14 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, for driving without a valid license and failing to yield right-of-way at a flashing signal light after she collided with a vehicle driven by Stephen E. Holmes, 57, Monroe, at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 8th Street.

- Joseph A. Robinson, 22, South Wayne, was cited for driving with a suspended license after police stopped him for an equipment violation at 6:35 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 11th Avenue.
- Rodney Whitehead, 22, New Glarus, was cited for failing to wear a seatbelt after police stopped him for an equipment violation at 6:25 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 11th Avenue.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Briana R. Deininger, 23, Monroe, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, having a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and failing to main control after deputies responded at 11:59 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, to a report of a vehicle in a ditch in the W5100 block of County KK in the Town of Monroe. Reports indicate that Deininger said a deer ran out in front of her and she swerved to miss it, falling into the ditch. No injuries were reported from Deininger or her two passengers. A front-seat passenger, Timothy J. Hicks, 24, Monroe, was cited for failing to wear a seatbelt.
- Hailey L. Pursley, 32, Monroe, was arrested at 8:22 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at a residence on Franklin Road in the Town of Clarno on a warrant issued by the Dane County Sheriff's Department. Pursley was jailed pending bond or transport to Dane County.
- Brandon J. Wieman, 23, Whitewater, was cited for speeding and operating with a suspended license and expired registration after deputies stopped him for a traffic violation at the intersection of Wis. 11 and Wis. 104.

DARLINGTON - Nathan R. Reichling, 30, Darlington, was arrested at 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, on a probation hold. He remains jailed.
- Mark C. Hall, Apple River, Ill., was arrested at 3:04 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia after a deputy was dispatched to Judgement Street in Shullsburg to check on the welfare of a male subject reported to be lying on the ground.
- William B. Robison, 18, Monroe, was arrested on charges of possessing THC and drug paraphernalia, and Justin S. Helton, 17, Monroe, was cited for operating with a suspended license after a vehicle driven by Helton was stopped on Wis. 81 in Argyle. A minor passenger in the vehicle was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and released. Robison was also later released.
- Trista E. Cushman, 18, South Wayne, was cited for not having a "reasonably clean" windshield after she collided with a parked vehicle owned by Jerri L. Akins, 46, South Wayne, at 7:57 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, on Center Street in South Wayne. Reports indicate both vehicles were moderately damaged and Cushman's vehicle was towed from the scene.
- Colin W. Loew, 20, Cary, Ill., was cited for speeding at 10:53 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, following a traffic stop on Wis. 81 in the Town of Darlington.
- Linda A. Edwards, 60, Brodhead, was cited at 4:55 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, for passing in a no passing zone on Wis. 11 in the Town of New Diggings after a deputy responded to a traffic complaint.
- Delbert R. Robey, 60, Benton, was cited at 5:32 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, for speeding following a traffic stop on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.
- A wagon containing scrap metal was reported at 8:22 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, as stolen from a residence on Wis. 78 in the Town of Blanchard. The theft is under investigation.
