Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Elliot L. Wenzel, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for marijuana possession and driving with a suspended license at 9:11 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released with a court date.

- Angel M. Douglas-Campbell, 37, Janesville, was arrested in the 300 block of 2nd Street at 11:25 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, on a warrant issued by Walworth County. Bond was posted for Douglas-Campbell, and she was released.

- Robert L. Prinkey, Jr., 39, Brodhead, was arrested for bail jumping at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street. He was jailed.

- Amanda K. Henning-Scheider, 24, Brodhead, was cited for unsafe lane deviation and driving without proof of insurance at 5:42 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, in the 300 block of 10th Street.

- Zachary J. Zradicka, 20, Verona, was cited for his third offense of driving with a suspended license at 7:14 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, in the 900 block of West 3rd Avenue.

- Elaine J. Ness, 46, Juda, was cited for speeding at 11:29 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

- Steven W. Konopacki, 53, Monroe, was cited for a seat belt violation and non-registration of a vehicle at 11:53 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, in the 500 block of 1st Street.

- Trenten E. Davis, 22, Brodhead, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, in the 2400 block of 1st Street on charges of driving while intoxicated, having a prohibited alcohol concentration and committing unnecessary acceleration and display of power. Davis was released with a court date.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Eugene A. Anderson, 40, Independence, Mo., was arrested in the 1300 block of 17th Street at 9:44 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, on two outstanding warrants issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. He was jailed.

- Michelle J. Cameron, 45, Orangeville, Ill., was cited for retail theft in the 400 block of West 8th Street at 12:31 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24. She was also arrested on a warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Department for failing to pay a fine for another retail-theft citation. She pleaded no contest to committing retail theft in March 2008 in Rock County. She posted cash bond and was released with a court date.

- Meghan E. Lund, 17, Davis, Ill., was cited for failing to maintain control of a motor vehicle after a three-vehicle crash with no injuries reported at 6:22 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, in the 500 block of 8th Street. Lund reportedly collided with a vehicle driven by Daniel E. Cerneck, 28, Hooper Bay, Alaska, which in turn collided with a vehicle driven by Carolyn W. Anderson, 50, Freeport, Ill. Lund's vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene. Cerneck's vehicle was moderately damaged. Anderson's vehicle sustained minor damage.

- Blake A. Duffy, 16, Monroe, was cited for unclean windows at 11:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25, following a two-vehicle collision with no injuries in the 2600 block of 18th Avenue. Duffy reportedly hit a legally parked vehicle owned by Aaron J. Motz, 26, Red Wing, Minn. Duffy's vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene. Motz's vehicle sustained minor damage.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Edward J. Anderson, Jr., 60, Madison, was cited for a seat belt violation after police stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation at 3:49 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, on Wisconsin 69 at 6th Avenue.

- Samatchmya Phongwichit, 44, of rural New Glarus, was cited for failing to stop for a school bus after police responded to a complaint from a New Glarus School District bus driver at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20.

- Connor M. Flannery, 25, New Glarus, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after an officer responded at 7:34 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, to a report of a hit-and-run accident and a subject fleeing on foot in the 100 block of 2nd Avenue. Flannery reportedly collided with a legally parked vehicle while backing up his vehicle. Both vehicles were moderately damaged. No one was injured. Flannery was later released to a responsible party.

- Officers issued warnings to juveniles after police responded at 10:04 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, to New Glarus High School, 1701 2nd St., for a report that two students were threatening each other on Facebook.

- Officers recovered a stolen vehicle at 12:38 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, that had been dumped behind a home on 2nd Street in New Glarus. The car was allegedly stolen in Janesville by a man who is wanted on a battery charge by the Janesville Police. An investigation continues.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Joseph A. Robinson, 22, South Wayne, was cited for driving with a suspended license, his second such offense, after deputies stopped his vehicle for an equipment violation at 11:41 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, in the N5900 block of Wis. 69 in the Town of Mount Pleasant.

- Donald E. Powers, 49, Juda, was arrested on a charge of bail jumping after deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the Town of Spring Grove at 1:10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23. Deputies determined Powers had returned to the home hours after posting cash bond for a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct he received there earlier the same night. His return violated a no-contact order. He was jailed pending court or bond.

- Kimberly K. Ruef, 44, New Glarus, was cited for driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and operating a vehicle left of center after deputies responded at 5:28 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, to a traffic complaint of a vehicle operating left of the center line in the N9600 block of Wis. 69 in the Town of New Glarus.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Gina K. Allen, 40, of rural Albany, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property after deputies responded at 6:55 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, to a domestic dispute at a residence in the Town of Albany. She was jailed pending court or bond.

- Three people were arrested after deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction on Wis. 69 near County DR in the Town of Monroe at 11:51 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25. The driver, Michael R. Graff, 23, Fitchburg, was cited for driving with a suspended license. A passenger, Kayla D. Graff, 20, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay child support, cited for obstructing an officer and jailed pending court. Another passenger, Colin D. Hill, 25, Madison, was also cited for obstructing an officer, plus arrested on a warrant issued by Dane County for failure to appear in court for a charge of criminal damage to property. Hill was transferred to the Dane County Sheriff's Office.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Matt J. McGuire, 29, Darlington, was cited for speeding at 12:40 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, on Wis. 81 in the Township of Darlington.

- Troy J. Dieter, 35, Cuba City, was arrested on charges of possessing THC and drug paraphernalia at 12:47 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot. He was jailed.

- Terry J. Haldiman, 61, South Wayne, was cited for unsafe lane deviation after deputies responded at 6:07 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, to a two-car accident on County N in the Town of Wayne. Haldiman reportedly drove over the center line while negotiating a curve and hit Ronald J. Frei, 46, Argyle. Neither driver reported injuries, and their vehicles were towed from the scene.

- Curtis L. Brown, 32, Monroe, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of insurance at 10:51 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- Michael V. Garcia, 41, Platteville, was cited for failure to control a vehicle at 1:20 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, after deputies responded to a one-vehicle rollover on West Mound Road in the Town of Belmont. Garcia reportedly lost control on the icy road. Reports indicate Garcia sustained non-incapacitating injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

- Monica A. Tembe, 19, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 12:50 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on U.S. 151 in Belmont.

- Heather A. Murphy, 23, Madison, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of insurance at 1:36 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Dominick D. Petz, 19, Milwaukee, was cited for speeding at 2:14 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Matthew W. Moellers, 23, Mineral Point, was cited for driving without proof of insurance at 2:35 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Thomas E. Blaser, 59, Darlington, was cited for driving without proof of insurance at 3:11 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Gabriel D. Epting, 20, Sycamore Country Club Hills, Ill., was cited for speeding at 4:22 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.

- Brian D. Henry, 46, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 7:21 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 25, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

- Colton R. Randecker, 19, Benton, was cited for speeding at 5:52 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Benton.

- Brodie G. Flannery, 19, Darlington, was cited in South Wayne at 11:39 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25, for failure to stop at a stop sign and driving without insurance.

- A deputy investigated a possible shooting of guns near Johnson Road in the Town of Shullsburg at 10:51 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, but was unable to locate any suspects.

- A theft of political signs was reported at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

- Criminal damage to mailboxes was reported at 3:59 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on County X in the Town of Elk Grove.

- Criminal damage to a motor vehicle was reported at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, on Noble Street in Gratiot.
