Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Betty Beau, 56, Benton, was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, after she allegedly directed profanities at another person while in a public lobby at the Municipal Building, 627 Main St.

- Julio A. Villa-Martinez, 25, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid Wisconsin license and without vehicle insurance at about 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, following a traffic crash on Galena Street. He was released pending a court appearance.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Ana J. Torres, 24, Freeport, Ill., was cited at 2:04 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, on Wisconsin 69 south of Franklin Road for driving without a valid license and arrested on a warrant issued by the Beloit Police Department. She was jailed pending bond or court.

- Thomas J. Wand, 25, Winslow, Ill., was cited at 9:57 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, for driving with a revoked license, failing to notify police of an accident and driving too fast for conditions following a one-vehicle crash at the intersection of County M and Smock Valley Road in the Town of Jordan. Wand reportedly failed to negotiate a curve with his pickup truck and shot across a grass median, hitting a traffic sign, and then vaulted over a ditch and small creek into an embankment. He left the scene without reporting the accident. When deputies made contact with him, he reported being injured in the accident but declined medical attention. His pickup truck was extensively damaged and towed from the scene.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Christopher A. Humphrey, 25, Monroe, was arrested on charges of driving while under the influence of an intoxicant and keeping open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at 12:02 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, in the 2500 block of 9th Street. He was released pending a court appearance.

- A 16-year-old female student at Monroe High School was cited for battery and released to a parent at 11:35 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, after she allegedly hit a 17-year-old female student at the school, 1600 26th St.

- Police were called to Parkside Elementary, 920 4th St., at 2:22 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, after a student with special needs reportedly became disorderly. The student was removed from school and released to a grandparent. The case has been referred to Green County Human Services, according to Police Chief Fred Kelley.

- A license plate was reported as stolen off a business vehicle at 8:03 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, in the 1300 block of 16th Street. The owner of a pickup truck reported at 9:23 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, in the 2600 block of 15th Street, that the vehicle had been egged in the previous week and eggs and egg shells had possibly also been put in the gas tank.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Frederico R. Guzman, 22, West Palm Beach, Fla., was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 9:55 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, after deputies responded to a business on West Moundview Avenue in the Village of Belmont for a reported theft by an intoxicated male. Guzman was also cited for failure to wear a seatbelt, and the incident is being forwarded to the Lafayette County District Attorney for charges of retail theft. Guzman remains jailed.

- Theodore A. Bauer III, 34, South Wayne, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 9:55 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, after deputies responded to a residence on Fritzges Road in the Town of Wayne for a report of a domestic disturbance. Bauer posted bond and was released from jail.

- Nicholas E. Roberts, 30, Benton, was cited for driving with a revoked license and having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at 12:46 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, following a traffic stop on Wis. 126 in the Town of Belmont.

- Jacob W. Monigal, 17, Green Bay, was cited for speeding at 3:02 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Sudhakar M. Reddy, 73, Iowa City, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 3:22 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Chadwick D. Klusendorf, 20, Darlington, was cited for failing to keep his vehicle under control and failing to notify police of an accident following a one-car accident at 5:28 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, on County F in the Town of Fayette. Klusendorf reportedly failed to negotiate a curve and crossed onto the other side of the road, into the ditch, and hit two signs and crashed into a utility pole. He then fled the scene. The 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee he was driving was severely damaged and towed from the scene.

- Kurt T. Peterson, 23, Darlington, was cited at 11:28 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, for inattentive driving and improper registration of a vehicle after he reportedly rear-ended a vehicle driven by Amy J. Esser, 33, Highland, on Wis. 23 in the Town of Willow Springs. Esser and her passenger, Tammy L. Fowell, 43, Richland Center, reported minor injuries but declined medical treatment.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Joseph A. Robinson, 22, South Wayne, was cited for driving with a suspended license and failing to show proof of insurance at 1:18 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

- Officers responded at 9:10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, to New Glarus High School, 1701 2nd St., for a complaint that inappropriate pictures had been sent via cellphone. An investigation revealed the alleged incident happened in Monticello, and it was referred to the Monticello Police Department.

- A student was cited for truancy at 1:35 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at New Glarus High School.

- Daniel R. Roberts, 45, Monroe, was cited for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration and driving without a valid license at 3:36 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, on Wis. 69 at 14th Avenue.

- Kendra L. Cox, 23, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 3:50 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, on 6th Avenue at 2nd Street.

- Daniel L. Schaper, 57, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 9:44 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, on 5th Avenue at 2nd Street.

- Police are investigating a report of harassing phone calls, taken at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.
