Howe, 80, Monroe, was cited at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, for failing to yield right-of-way while making a left turn at the intersection of 8th Street and 3rd Avenue, causing a collision with a vehicle driven by Leah B. Douglas, 21, Brodhead. No injuries were reported, and the vehicles were moderately damaged.- Jennifer L. Huenefeld, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 3 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. She was jailed.- Nicholas J.
