MONROE - Elizabeth Hanson, 40, Monroe, was cited for failing to follow an indicated turn and reportedly causing a two-vehicle collision at about 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at the intersection of 10th Street and 15th Avenue. She collided with a vehicle driven by Joseph M. Klein, 44, Monroe. There were no reported injuries, and the vehicles were moderately damaged.
