Monroe Police

MONROE - Christine L. Vincent, 58, Monroe, was cited for driving left of the center line after police responded to an accident with no injuries at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the intersection of 21st Street and 15th Avenue. Vincent reportedly collided with a vehicle driven by Brittany A. Emberson, 19, Monroe.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Valerie A. Reichling, 29, Monroe, was cited for driving with a suspended license and without insurance after deputies stopped her for a traffic violation at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, in the W1600 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Spring Grove.

- Kevin L. Helm, 22, Lavalle, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the Green County Justice Center on a warrant for failing to pay child support.

Darlington Police Department

DARLINGTON - SeanCody Anderson, 17, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at Darlington High School, 11838 Center Hill Road. Anderson allegedly directed profanities at staff and refused to obey orders. He was booked into the Lafayette County Jail and later released to a relative.

- John Ruf, 74, Fayette, was issued citations for driving a vehicle on a public sidewalk and destruction of property following an incident on Main Street at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13. Ruf reportedly destroyed two Redbird ice sculptures with his truck.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Justin J. Gallagher, 28, Apple River, Ill., was issued citations at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, on Wis. 11 in Gratiot for improper registration, driving with a revoked license and failing to notify DMV of an address change.

- A deputy is investigating a possible theft of fuel from milk trucks on Wis. 11 in the Town of Gratiot, reported at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13.

- A deputy is investigating a theft of iron and other scrap items from a residence on County Y in the Town of Wiota, reported at 6:24 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13.
