MONROE POLICE
MONROE - Brandon S. Richardson, 26, Monroe, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday, for disorderly conduct after police responded to a disturbance at a business in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. Richardson was jailed.

• Donkeys on the roadway were reported at 6:34 a.m. on County W, Town of Benton.
• A trespasser was reported at 8:15 a.m. on WP Road, Town of Monticello.
• A traffic complaint was reported at 11:55 a.m. on Wisconsin 11 in Benton.
• Joshua A. Avila, 40, Crystal Lake, Ill., was cited at 4:44 p.m. for speeding on County W, Town of Monticello.
