ALBANY - Richard A. Johnson, 41, Albany, was cited for driving after suspension, driving without insurance and altering a vehicle registration plate/sticker on Dec. 5.
Monroe Police
MONROE - Daniel P. Lincicum, 31, Monroe, was arrested for driving while intoxicated (1st offense), obstructing an officer and possession of cocaine at 1:19 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 1300 block of 16½ Street. Lincicum was also cited for non-registered vehicle, driving while suspended and open intoxicants. He was booked at the police department and released pending court.
• Jesus A. Portillo Nassi, 53, El Paso, Texas, was cited for disorderly conduct at 6:10 p.m. Dec. 9 in the 500 block of 6th Street after a disturbance report. Nassi was released pending court.

BRODHEAD - For the week of Dec. 3 to Dec. 9, there were 20 calls for service, 10 vehicle registrations, 51 citizen assists, 20 security checks, nine assists with other agencies, six traffic stops, 12 911 calls and six EMS calls.
On Dec. 3:
• A parking violation was reported at 7:29 a.m. in the 1000 block of 21st Street. A bus was parked in the grass on the service road. Contact was made and a warning was issued.
• A 25-year-old Elkader, Iowa, woman was cited for speeding at 9:02 a.m. in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue.
• A 27-year-old Browntown man was cited for driving while suspended at 3:13 p.m. in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue.
• A 25-year-old Albany woman was referred to the Green County District Attorney on charges of issuing worthless checks following a case reported Nov. 27.
• A gas drive off was reported at 9:53 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter remains under investigation.
• A 79-year-old Brodhead woman was cited for failure to yield at an intersection at 9:36 a.m. in the 700 block of East 5th Avenue.
On Dec. 6:
• A counterfeit bill at a business was reported at 2:32 p.m. in the 800 block of East Exchange Street. The matter remains under investigation.
• A gas drive off was reported at 5:42 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. It was determined it was an oversight and the driver returned to pay for the gas.
