MONROE - Geri L. Stubbe, 41, Rock City, Ill., was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated, third offense, after her vehicle hit a sign in the 1600 block of 26th Street. Stubbe was jailed pending court.

• Alicia R. Laws, 34, Monroe, was cited at 12:22 p.m. for driving with a suspended license in the 2800 block of 6th Street, Monroe. Laws was released pending court.
• Kelesey A. Wuethrich, 24, Monroe, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. for forgery after deputies investigated a forgery complaint on Melvin Road, Town of Clarno. Wuethrich was jailed pending court.

• Justin Kohl, 25, Shullsburg, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a domestic dispute on West Water Street, Shullsburg. Kohl was jailed pending court.
• A deputy responded at 4:20 p.m. to a littering complaint on County W, Monticello Township.
• A deputy responded to an animal in the roadway on Wisconsin 11, New Diggings Township, at 11:52 p.m.
