ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - Amber K. Kluever, 28, New Glarus, was cited Friday for driving with a revoked license, a suspended registration and without a required ignition interlock device.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - For the week of Nov. 22 to 28, there were 95 calls for service, 17 citizen assists, 15 registrations, 12 911 calls, 11 assists of other agencies, 10 EMS calls, seven security checks, one traffic stop and one fire call.

On Nov. 22:

• A gas drive-off was reported at 9:38 a.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The incident was found to have been the result of a miscommunication.

• A 34-year-old Orfordville man was cited at 5:37 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue for retail theft after another gas drive-off was reported. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license, non-registration of a vehicle and displaying a false registration plate.

On Nov. 23:

• Two dogs at large were reported at 8:33 a.m. in the 1500 block of 15th Street. The animals were returned to their owner, who was issued a warning.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 12:48 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue after a juvenile made a threat towards a business employee.

On Nov. 24:

• A case of harassment was reported at 4:35 a.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street after a person received harassing text messages. Police are seeking a subject to question.

• A 37-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 2:20 p.m. in the 2300 block of 1st Center Avenue for driving with a revoked license, a suspended registration and without an ignition interlock device.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 4:21 p.m. in the 700 block of 17th Street. Two people were arguing and were issued a warning.

On Wednesday:

• A gas drive-off was reported at 8:19 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter was resolved without incident.

• A second case of harassment was reported at 9:35 p.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street after a person received harassing text messages. Police are seeking a subject to question.

On Friday:

• A fraudulent check was reported at 1:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of 21st Street. The investigation is ongoing.

• Possible animal neglect was reported at 3:07 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. Upon investigation, the animal in question was found to be healthy and well cared for.

• Damage to property was reported at 4:29 p.m. in the 400 block of 10th Street after a window was found broken. Police are seeking a suspect to question.

• Damage to property was reported at 11:41 p.m. in the 1000 block of 19th Street after a vehicle window was found broken. Police are seeking a suspect to question.

On Saturday, a 15-year-old girl was arrested at 3:48 p.m. in the 800 block of 1st Center Avenue for domestic disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation.



DARLINGTON POLICE

DARLINGTON - Juan Antonio Pena-Montoya, 23, Darlington, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Friday on West Louisa Street for disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance. Pena-Montoya was jailed on a probation hold.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - On Thursday, Dylan K. Riggle, 21, Dakota, Ill., was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1500 block of 25th Street after police stopped him for speeding. Riggle was also cited for driving at an unreasonable speed and with a prohibited alcohol concentration. He was released pending court.

On Saturday, Kaylee J. Sager, 17, Cedarville, Ill., was arrested at 12:09 a.m. for possession of marijuana and also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at the intersection of 1st Street and 8th Avenue. Sager was released pending court.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Nov. 23:

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 5:06 p.m. in the 200 block of Industrial Drive.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 8:07 p.m. in the 600 block of Wisconsin 69.

• Police assisted Belleville Police at 10:12 p.m. with a disturbance on Boulevard Avenue in Belleville.

On Nov. 24:

• Police investigated a beeping noise at 8:09 p.m. in the 100 block of 6th Avenue. The cause was found to be a defective smoke detector lying on the ground behind a residence.

• Police assisted Belleville Police at 11:10 p.m. with rounding up several cattle at large in Belleville.

On Wednesday:

• A trespasser was reported at 8:42 a.m. at a business in the Village. The matter remains under investigation.

• A towing service removed a vehicle at 11:54 a.m. from the 500 block of 5th Avenue as it had not been moved in a week and the owner could not be contacted.

• Possible child abuse was reported at 7:29 p.m. at a residence in the Village. Upon investigation, the juvenile in question was found to be unharmed.

• Police assisted the Belleville Police at 8:18 p.m. with a disturbance on Boulevard Avenue in Belleville.

• Two suspicious vehicles were reported at 9:05 p.m. in the Veterans Memorial Parking Lot. Contact was made with the drivers, who were advised to move along.

On Thursday:

• A group of loud pedestrians was reported at 2:16 a.m. in the 800 block of 6th Avenue. Police investigated and contacted a sober ride to take the group home.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 2:45 a.m. with a suspicious person reported on Durst Road, Town of New Glarus.

• Police delivered a package at 6 p.m. to a residence in the W5500 block of Windmill Drive after a juvenile found the package near Heidi Court and 3rd Avenue and delivered it to the police.

On Friday:

• Police issued approximately 45 written warnings for alternate-side parking violations. Residents with questions regarding the alternate-side parking ordinance are encouraged to contact the New Glarus Police Department.

• Several bags of trash in the roadway were reported at 2:02 a.m. in the 100 block of 5th Avenue.

• Police cited multiple vehicles between 2:22 a.m. and 2:32 a.m. on the 10 and 100 blocks of 5th Avenue and the 400 block of 2nd Street for violating a no-parking ordinance.

• Police investigated an individual's welfare at 8:32 a.m. after a family member was unable to contact the individual. The individual was found to be fine.

• Suspicious children were reported at 7:02 p.m. in the 400 block of Railroad Street. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the children were there for a tree-lighting ceremony.

• Richard L. Bly, 19, Blanchardville, was cited at 8:39 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance after police stopped him for an equipment violation in the 1700 block of 2nd Street.

• Police received a 911 call at 10:11 p.m. from a citizen concerned about a family member's welfare in Waterloo. After the citizen called 911 again to report that the family member was fine, police advised the citizen of the proper use of 911 calls.

On Saturday:

• Police issued approximately 30 written warnings for alternate-side parking violations.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 7:51 p.m. in the 400 block of Railroad Street. Upon investigation, it was found that two juveniles were talking in a vehicle.

On Sunday:

• Police issued approximately 20 written warnings for alternate-side parking violations.

• Police advised a citizen of a security threat at 1:24 a.m. after an officer discovered a vehicle with its windows down and a bow and arrow resting on the seat. The owner resolved the issue.

• Police attempted to divert the flow of water from a broken sump pump at 1:57 a.m. in the 300 block of 8th Street. The street department was requested to fix the problem.

• Police provided barricades to a business at 10 a.m. after a sewer line break in the 200 block of Elmer Road.

• Kenneth V. Brant, 60, Keiler, was cited at 5:26 p.m. for speeding in the 600 block of Wis. 69.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Thursday, Nichole M. Buckett, 37, Baraboo, was cited at 12:37 a.m. in the N4000 block of County J, Town of Monroe, for driving with a suspended license.

On Friday, Ricky T. Olson, 20, New Glarus, was cited at 6:45 p.m. in the N5700 block of Wis. 69 for driving with a suspended license.

On Saturday:

• Kyle D. Klassy, 21, New Glarus, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. in the W6100 block of Wis. 39, Town of New Glarus, on first-offense charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Klassy was released pending court.

• David Sedillo, 31, Monroe, was cited at 2:52 a.m. in the W3600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester, for driving without a valid license.

• Brian H. Harpstrite, 45, and Scarlet M. Andersen, 36, both of Monroe, were cited at 5:21 p.m. for disorderly conduct at a business in Twin Grove.

On Sunday, Derick D. Dallmann, 26, Janesville, was cited at 7:31 p.m. in the W2600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Jefferson, for driving with a suspended license.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 9:01 a.m. on Larse Road, Town of Gratiot.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 9:30 a.m. on County P, Town of Gratiot.

• Animal neglect was reported at 1:12 p.m. on Mitchell Hollow Road, Town of Belmont.

• A trespasser was reported at 4:27 p.m. on East Faymont Road, Town of Fayette.

• Wyatt P. Gollmer, 19, Darlington, was cited at 11:51 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs, for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance.

On Thursday:

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 1:24 a.m. on County G, Town of Willow Springs.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 2:13 a.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• A residential alarm was triggered at 6:19 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• A civil dispute was reported at 8:08 a.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• Daniel R. Powers, 28, South Wayne, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. for disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a domestic dispute on County B, Town of Wayne.

• A deputy recovered lost property at 12:16 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.

• A civil dispute was reported at 1:01 p.m. on East South Street in South Wayne.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 2:05 p.m. on Wildlife Road, Town of Wiota.

• Nikolas Matteson, 23, Shullsburg, was jailed at 9:09 a.m. for a probation violation.

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police at 9:30 a.m. with an injured deer on Galena Street in Darlington.

• A civil dispute was reported at 10:56 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:57 p.m. on Ferndale Road, Town of Willow Springs.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 4:30 p.m. on East High Street in Shullsburg.

• Lauren L. Bohnsack, 22, Shullsburg, was cited at 5:42 p.m. for speeding on County I, Town of New Diggings.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 5:45 p.m. on Gravel Run Road, Town of Lamont.

• Hana C. Sulejmani, 21, Monroe, was cited at 7:37 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 8:16 p.m. on Highland Street in Belmont.

• Tawny Denure, 29, and Tom L. Rowley, 39, both of Warren, Ill., were cited at 8:46 p.m. for speeding on White School Road, Town Gratiot.

• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 9:03 p.m. on Pleasant View Road, Town of Seymour.

On Saturday:

• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 8:34 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.

• A deputy provided traffic control at 8:37 a.m. for a funeral on Platteville Avenue in Belmont.

• An abandoned vehicle was reported at 11:22 a.m. on Main Street, Town of Woodford.

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 4:18 p.m. on Water Street in Shullsburg.

• Michael R. Goforth, 30, Darlington, was arrested at 7 p.m. on West Mary Street in Darlington on a probation and parole hold after deputies responded to a domestic dispute. Goforth was jailed.
