MONROE - Scott E. Beenken, 38, Monroe, was arrested for a Monroe Police Department warrant at about 9:45 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed.
• A 16-year-old was cited for underage drinking, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating curfew and carrying a concealed weapon at about 2:15 a.m. Monday in the 2300 block of 16th Avenue. The juvenile was released to a parent pending court.
