DARLINGTON - Daniel F. Rolli, 19, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license at about 7:45 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, following a traffic stop on Main Street.
Sasha M. Lopez, 24, Darlington, and Rosanne Losoya, 26, Shullsburg, were cited for shoplifting at about 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, as a result of an investigation into an incident that occurred at a business on Wisconsin 23 on Wednesday, Aug. 14.
James Patrick, 17, Shullsburg, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 6:49 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, following a traffic stop on East Louisa Street.

MONROE - Vicky L. Hayden, 35, Monroe, was arrested in the 1300 block of 10th Street at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, on several warrants issued by the Brodhead Police Department. She was jailed.
On Sunday, Aug. 18:
Two 13-year-olds from Monroe, a boy and girl, were cited for curfew violations after police investigated a complaint at 11:02 p.m. that solar landscape lights had been damaged in the 2300 block of 13th Avenue. They were each released to a parent. Police referred the case to the city attorney for possible vandalism citations.
On Monday, Aug. 19:
A GPS unit was reported stolen at 4:29 p.m. out of an unlocked vehicle parked at a residence in the 600 block of 20th Avenue.
A dog bite of a 9-year-old girl was reported at 4:58 p.m. in the 900 block of 11th Street.
A mother in the 2500 block of 9th Street called 911 at 6:31 p.m. about an argument she was having with her adult daughter. No one was cited or arrested.
A tenant in an apartment complex in the 1300 block of 16th Street complained at 10:40 p.m. about a group of people making a lot of noise coming and going from a neighboring apartment. The group was warned.
On Tuesday, Aug. 20:
Police were called to an apartment building in the 1600 block of 12th Street at 12:35 a.m. for a disagreement between tenants. One had thrown the other's laundry into the street. No one was cited or arrested.
Damaged mailboxes were reported at 6:56 a.m. in the 2500 block of 13th 1/2 Avenue.
High weeds were reported at 7:51 a.m. in the 2500 block of 13th 1/2 Avenue.
A damaged rear window on a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of 25th Street was reported at 9:03 a.m.
A person in the 2700 block of 6th Avenue was testing a new Life Alert system and called 911 at 9:56 a.m. There was no emergency. Police advised the person to warn law enforcement before testing the 911 call system.
Garbage in the backyard of a rental property in the 1300 block of 15th Avenue was reported at 1:32 p.m. Police talked with the landlord.
A pair of men's cowboy boots was found at 13th Street and 25th Avenue and brought at 3:07 p.m. to the police station, where the boots may be identified and claimed.
Police were dispatched at 3:58 p.m. to the 800 block of 16th Avenue for a complaint between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend. One had dropped off property on the other's porch, allegedly without permission. Police determined the matter was civil, not criminal.
The theft of a bicycle was reported at 7:38 p.m. in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue.
A mother came into the police station at 8:07 p.m. to report her daughter's father for throwing a shoe at the girl. The girl was uninjured. Police advised the mother to bring up her concern up at an upcoming custody hearing in court.

MONROE - On Tuesday, Aug. 20:
David C. Kraft, 37, Albany, was arrested on charges of substantial battery, domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, strangulation and on a warrant for child support after deputies responded at 5:17 p.m. to the Monroe Clinic ER for a possible domestic abuse incident that had occurred earlier at a residence in the W1200 block of 4th Street in Albany. Kraft was jailed. His signature bond was set at $4,000 in Green County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Aug. 21. The criminal complaint alleges he yelled and swore at a woman, grabbed her by the throat, chased her out of the house, elbowed her in the chest and hit her in the head, causing her to fall and injure her hip. He has a preliminary hearing Sept. 11.
Celeste J. Dawson, 36, Warren, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash at 8:12 p.m. in the N5600 block of County N in Washington Township. Dawson was southbound when the right-side tires went onto the gravel shoulder. She steered back toward the road but over-steered and went into the ditch. The vehicle hit a culvert and some trees before coming to rest. She reported no injuries. The vehicle was very severely damaged and towed. Dawson was released to a responsible party pending court.

Darwin Aleman Rodriquez, 30, Blanchardville, was cited for driving without a valid license at 1:10 a.m. on County F in Blanchard Township.

Disorderly conduct that occurred on County U in Shullsburg Township was reported at 3 p.m.
